Entry-Level Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Business Development Executive to join Cornerstone Energy Ghana Limited in Accra. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the oil & gas sector, identifying new opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess new business and partnership opportunities within the oil & gas and related sectors in Ghana.
• Conduct market and industry research to analyse trends, competition and client needs.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Build, manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead client negotiations, including pricing, contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and finance teams to create proposals and client solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and management reports.
• Represent CEGL at industry events, conferences and networking platforms.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, performance and market insights.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales or customer‑relationship roles (oil & gas preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
