Entry-Level Chemical or Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Chemical or Civil Engineer to join our team in Accra. The role offers a chance to apply basic engineering knowledge within a dynamic shipping and logistics environment while developing professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in monitoring and maintaining chemical or civil systems and processes.
• Support routine inspections, data collection, and reporting on plant or infrastructure performance.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities and propose simple corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Contribute to documentation, record‑keeping, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 month of relevant experience.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
