Entry-Level Relationship Manager

About the role

The Entry Level Relationship Manager builds and sustains trust-based relationships with members, especially MSMEs and partner cooperatives, by driving onboarding, engagement and ongoing support. The role is central to advancing financial inclusion and empowering local economies, and suits early-career professionals eager to make a tangible impact in financial services and community development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end member onboarding and relationship development to ensure seamless integration and long-term engagement.
• Manage and monitor member portfolios, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Deliver personalized financial advisory services supporting members' business objectives and financial health.
• Coordinate the full loan application lifecycle, from submission to approval and disbursement.
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with members to build trust and address needs promptly.
• Promote and support savings mobilization and investment product uptake across the member base.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, data entry and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Resolve member inquiries and issues efficiently and empathetically to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to member education and financial literacy programs.
• Nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organizations and Agrico Hub initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on member engagement, portfolio performance and growth trends.
