Excavator Operator – Construction Projects

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking for experienced excavator operators to join its construction and infrastructure teams. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that excavation work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols, site instructions, and company procedures.

Required profile

• Valid License F.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience operating excavators.
• Clean driving and operating record.
• Safety‑conscious and disciplined attitude.

Required skills

• Excavator operation.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Equipment inspection.
