JW 万豪酒店在加纳阿克拉解放路机场酒店招聘行政总厨，负责厨房日常运作的总体成功，亲自执行烹饪任务的同时领导员工并管理餐饮相关职能，努力提升客人和员工满意度并优化财务业绩。

主要职责

领导酒店厨房运作和厨房管理团队，指导日常运作，在员工缺勤时顶岗或安排替岗
审核人员编制，设定并维持烹饪职能的目标，包括绩效、预算和团队目标
制定采购与接收区的指导原则和控制程序，管理可控费用（食品成本、用品、制服和设备），参与预算过程
指导菜品开发，监控生熟食品质量，确保符合食品处理和卫生标准，确保员工取得相应认证
与员工建立开放协作关系，收集并处理员工反馈，提供培训和绩效辅导
接待和处理客人问题与投诉，授权员工提供优质服务

任职要求

高中学历或同等学历，6 年厨房、餐饮或相关专业工作经验；或在认可大学获得两年制烹饪、酒店和餐厅管理学位，4 年经验
具备指导、激励员工和沟通的能力，遵守酒店政策及安全标准
