Export Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Export Customer Service Supervisor to lead our export‑focused service team for the European and US markets. You will act as the primary bridge between international customers, Chinese agents, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all export customer service activities for the assigned markets.
• Coordinate with Chinese agents to guarantee clear communication and service continuity.
• Manage export documentation, compliance, and logistics to achieve accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipments, proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Prepare and analyse export sales reports to support business decisions.
• Assist the Market Manager in implementing service strategies aligned with export goals.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior customer service staff.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export customer service, logistics or international trade.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and inspire a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
