Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will lead Facilities Operations Management to ensure that infrastructure, service standards, and workplace amenities meet the business unit objectives and the needs of all tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve building infrastructure and systems.
• Establish and monitor service‑excellence standards across all facilities.
• Coordinate the delivery of workplace amenities that support tenant operations.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, health and safety compliance, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial real‑estate and property‑management teams to align facilities strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil), Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration with relevant experience, or Estate/Property Management.
• 4‑5 years of experience in Facilities Management and Real Estate Management, preferably within commercial real‑estate environments.
• Strong behavioural competencies such as practical problem‑solving, effective communication, decision‑making, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
