Facilities Manager

About the role
The Facilities Manager will lead Facilities Operations Management to ensure that the company’s infrastructure, service standards and workplace amenities meet the operational needs of all tenants. This role is pivotal in supporting business unit objectives through effective upkeep and development of facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and upgrade building infrastructure across commercial real estate assets.
- Establish and monitor service excellence standards for facility operations.
- Deliver and manage workplace amenities that support tenant operational requirements.
- Coordinate with real estate and property management teams to ensure seamless facility services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil), Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration with relevant experience, or Estate/Property Management.
- 4‑5 years of experience in Facilities Management within commercial real estate.
- Additional experience in Real Estate Management is required.
