Facilities Officer – Office Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Facilities Officer will ensure that Concentrix’s office buildings, workspaces and essential services operate efficiently and safely. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to maintain standards, support improvements, and comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repairs of office buildings, work areas and equipment, including preventive maintenance.
• Manage workplace services such as cleaning, security, waste management and ensure consistent service quality.
• Support office setup, space allocation, seating arrangements, moves, relocations and refurbishment projects.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and suppliers, supervising work to meet quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and environmental regulations through regular inspections and corrective actions.
• Monitor utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, generators) and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assets.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and recommend improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support facilities operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in facilities management, office administration, property maintenance or workplace operations is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple facility services in a busy business environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety, fire safety and environmental compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
