Field Agent (Sign-Up Agent) - One Week Campaign

About the role

JobKonar, a Ghana-based platform connecting clients with Ghana-Card-verified artisans such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters and tailors, is running a one-week campaign to grow its artisan base. It is looking for field agents to approach artisans in their area and help them sign up on the JobKonar app.

Key responsibilities

• Approach artisans in your area and help them sign up on the app.
• Walk them through the sign-up process on the spot (trade, service area, Ghana Card, selfie).
• Use your own agent code so each artisan brought in is tracked and credited to you.
• Aim to onboard 50+ fully signed-up artisans by the end of the week; there is no cap, and earnings increase with the number signed up.

Required profile

• Comfortable approaching people and explaining things clearly in person.
• Own smartphone, able to help someone through an app sign-up.
• Reliable and self-directed, able to start immediately this week.
• Open to working as an agent anywhere in Ghana.

What we offer

• Pay of GHS 5 per artisan who fully completes onboarding.
• One-week duration, on-site.
