About the role
BLVCK Sapphire is looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy recent graduate to support its engagement with business partners in Accra or Kumasi. The role involves visiting partner organisations, ensuring smooth adoption of the company’s digital platform, and gathering feedback to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned business partners regularly to monitor platform usage and provide basic support.
- Encourage consistent adoption by helping users understand essential features.
- Collect structured feedback from partner staff and stakeholders.
- Document usage patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare concise reports and share insights with the internal team.
- Serve as an on‑ground liaison between partners and BLVCK Sapphire.
- Identify ways to strengthen engagement and satisfaction across partner sites.
