Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will join Compunerd Ghana’s sales team to promote its networking and IT infrastructure solutions across Cape Coast and surrounding areas. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site client visits with remote activities, allowing you to build relationships, present services and drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue sales opportunities for networking, IT infrastructure, CCTV, hardware and training services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the company’s solutions.
• Conduct market research, track trends and provide actionable feedback to product and service teams.
• Manage customer accounts in the CRM system and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and professional handling of customer inquiries.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Cape Coast and nearby regions.
