Field Sales Representative

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote its mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship‑support services across Accra and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct engagement with schools, families and community organisations to drive enrolments and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new client organisations within the assigned territory.
• Schedule, deliver and follow up on in‑person presentations and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities and pipeline status.
• Represent Enlace at education fairs, community events and outreach activities.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven field sales or business development experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative customer‑service approach.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience in sales.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as email and spreadsheets.
• Experience using a CRM or contact‑tracking system.
