Finance Manager / Accountant

About the role

A client is hiring a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager / Accountant to oversee its financial operations. The role covers financial reporting, accurate ledger maintenance, regulatory compliance and data analysis to support business decisions and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable and payroll.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop, monitor and analyse budgets, forecasts and financial risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare the required financial documentation.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accountant or similar financial administration role.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP or NetSuite.
• Advanced MS Excel.
• Financial reporting frameworks, budgeting and financial analysis.
