Finishing Supervisor

About the role

The Finishing Supervisor will oversee all interior and exterior finishing works for our client’s real‑estate projects in Labone, Accra. You will ensure that every surface, colour and detail meets the approved design standards and is delivered ready for hand‑over to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all finishing works to verify compliance with approved specifications and achieve first‑time quality approval.
• Identify, log and track defects, providing full visibility and ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with design teams to guarantee that materials, colours and finishes strictly follow approved designs.
• Supervise finishing contractors, enforce high workmanship standards and correct sub‑standard work immediately.
• Lead the snagging process, ensuring all issues are resolved before hand‑over and that units are client‑ready with zero critical defects.
• Maintain accurate defect logs and deliver daily updates on progress and issue resolution.
• Prevent unauthorized material substitutions or deviations from approved finishes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction finishing, preferably on real‑estate projects.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, installation methods and quality standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven problem‑solving ability.
• Experience managing finishing subcontractors and conducting snagging processes.
