About the role
A reputable beverage manufacturing company seeks a qualified Food Technologist to lead Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) operations and oversee the Quality Control function.
Key responsibilities
- Lead quality control activities across CSD and other production processes.
- Develop and maintain quality standards for raw materials, processes, and finished products.
- Monitor production to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct laboratory testing, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce losses.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
- Strong experience in CSD/beverage manufacturing and quality control.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety and quality management systems.
- Proven ability to lead a Quality Control function and work effectively with production teams.
