Forklift Operator

About the role

The Forklift Operator position is a full‑time, on‑site role in the Western Region of Ghana. You will join a warehouse team responsible for moving, loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related equipment to transport goods within the warehouse, yard or production area.
• Receive, organize and verify incoming shipments and prepare outgoing loads for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of items moved, including inventory updates.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report any safety concerns.
• Support packing, labeling and general warehouse activities as needed.

Required profile

• Strong forklift operation skills with a focus on safety and load handling.
• Experience in shipping & receiving, material handling and packing processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic numeracy and record‑keeping abilities.
• Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Western Region of Ghana.
