Freelance Influencer / Campaign Manager - Ghana

About the role

Amplify, a global digital entertainment, talent management and creator agency, is looking for a freelance Influencer / Campaign Manager in Ghana. You will support the delivery of creator campaigns on a short-term, project-by-project basis, bringing local market knowledge to connect brands with the right influencers and keep campaigns running smoothly, from outreach and content coordination through to delivery and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Influencer sourcing and outreach: identify influencers whose audience matches the target market, evaluate their engagement rates, authenticity and past collaborations, gather metrics with influencers and third-party data sites, negotiate terms and rates and secure agreements.
• Content development and coordination: work with influencers to create content aligned with campaign goals, review it against brand guidelines, communicate client feedback and assist with content translation.
• Campaign execution: make sure influencers deliver on schedule and agreed terms, encourage audience engagement and handle issues or negative feedback promptly.
• Performance tracking, reporting and analysis: compile campaign data into reports, analyse results and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: ensure all agreements are documented and legally binding.
• Team collaboration: work closely with the wider team and provide daily updates to the project lead.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering influencer campaigns within an agency or as a freelancer.
• Confident in sourcing and vetting creators, negotiating rates and managing agreements.
• Skilled in coordinating content, communicating feedback and keeping deliverables on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of the Ghana creator landscape and strong English skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while keeping the team updated.
