Volunteer Social Media Manager

About the role

UrnoHR, a growing HR and recruitment company, is looking for a creative and motivated Volunteer Social Media Manager to help strengthen its online presence and grow its digital community. The role is remote, worldwide, unpaid and lasts 3 months, with a commitment of 5-10 hours per week and 3-4 posts per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages
• Create and schedule engaging social media content
• Develop simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Edit short-form videos and Reels
• Support content planning and social media campaigns
• Monitor engagement and interact with the online community
• Contribute creative ideas to improve the social media presence

Required profile

• Experience in social media management
• Good writing and communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Graphic design and video editing
• Canva or similar graphic tools
