Full Stack Engineering Leader (.NET, React)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineering Leader to drive technical direction across our web, mobile and backend platforms. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will own architecture, set engineering standards and mentor a growing team of developers in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce end‑to‑end technical strategy for web (React/Next.js), mobile (React Native) and backend (.NET Core) services.
• Make architectural decisions on modular monolith versus micro‑services, service boundaries and integration patterns.
• Apply Domain‑Driven Design to establish clear domain boundaries, bounded contexts and domain events.
• Set standards for code quality, testing, API contracts and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to clarify requirements, break epics into deliverable slices and estimate work.
• Plan sprints, manage dependencies, mitigate risks and balance product speed with technical sustainability.
• Lead code reviews, pair programming and coaching sessions to raise the team’s skill level.
• Drive database design, schema migrations, indexing and query optimisation.
• Establish observability foundations for monitoring system health and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑stack products in production, including web, mobile and backend components.
• Previous senior engineering or tech‑lead role with clear ownership of delivery and mentorship responsibilities.
• Strong system design capabilities and ability to communicate architectural trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
