Technical Support Lead (TSL)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Support Lead (TSL) to oversee the Group’s IT infrastructure across all units. The role involves managing computers, database software, network servers, CCTV equipment and ensuring smooth operation of all IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recommend and procure hardware and software required for the Group’s operations.
• Facilitate installation and configuration of computing hardware, CCTV and other technological devices.
• Provide network and server administration, monitor security and backup protocols.
• Support internet and telecommunication systems and resolve server and network issues.
• Maintain and customize existing software applications, including ERP systems such as Talli and BIMPOS.
• Coordinate with service providers and deliver regular updates to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or Degree in Information Technology or related field, or recognized IT certification.
• At least 2 years of experience installing, repairing and servicing computer hardware, software and CCTV equipment.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
