Full Stack Software Developer (Flutter & Node.js)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our Accra‑based team. The role involves building and maintaining mobile applications with Flutter and backend services using Node.js, ensuring high performance, security and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other developers.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
• Manage source code using Git and version‑control workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
