About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Housekeeper position is based in Sakumono. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Perform laundry services and keep linens in good condition.
- Maintain the upkeep of the property, including rooms and public spaces.
- Replenish supplies and ensure rooms are well stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Required profile
- Proficiency in laundry and maintaining clean, organized spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in relevant training activities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- SHS Graduate, Diploma or Degree.
