Fullstack web and mobile app developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Web and Mobile App Developer to join Hipro Marketing’s technology team in Accra. You will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive web applications and native mobile experiences that drive our clients’ digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement front‑end architecture using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Develop back‑end and server‑side components, manage web servers and databases.
• Create and maintain functional APIs for integration with mobile applications.
• Build, customize and support WordPress themes and plugins.
• Apply SEO best practices and conduct website performance testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kaneshie, Accra.
