Full‑time Teacher – Central Region, Ghana

About the role

Dar-e-Arqam Schools is seeking a dedicated full‑time Teacher to join its Central Region campus in Ghana. The successful candidate will create engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment that aligns with both national and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student performance, maintain records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum implementation and school initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and co‑curricular activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.
• Prior experience teaching in a school setting, preferably with national or international curricula.
• Strong commitment to student welfare, ethical conduct, and teamwork.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
