About the role
The Presbyterian Church of Ghana seeks experienced General Managers to lead its schools in the Accra and Tema regions. The role involves overseeing educational operations and ensuring strategic objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and management of school operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and educational policies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional standards and reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Presbyterian (lay or ordained) with a minimum first degree in any discipline.
- Professional teacher with a Diploma or Degree in Education.
- Rank not below Director II.
Required skills
- Proven knowledge in educational management.
- Effective leadership and team‑player abilities.
- Working knowledge of ICT and strategic planning.
