About the role
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead Planlinks Ventures' operations in Accra. The role involves overseeing daily activities, driving sales performance, and representing the company in key engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the company.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct public‑relations functions and represent the company at important meetings and events.
- Identify and secure grants and investment opportunities.
- Ensure proper risk management and control.
- Oversee the research and marketing departments.
Required profile
- HND in Statistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a micro‑finance or research setting.
- Proven sales performance.
- Strong research, proposal and report‑writing abilities.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language (Ga or Twi).
