General Manager

About the role

The organisation is a leading player in Ghana's real estate development and property management sector. It seeks an experienced General Manager to steer its estate management business, drive strategic growth and ensure operational excellence across residential, commercial and mixed‑use assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic, commercial and financial leadership for the estate management division.
• Optimize portfolio performance, profitability and asset value.
• Oversee estate operations, facilities management, finance, procurement, compliance and project delivery.
• Strengthen governance frameworks, risk management and stakeholder engagement with residents, regulators and contractors.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to raise service standards and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience (minimum 10 years) in property management, real estate or related estate operations.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable financial results and managing large, complex portfolios.
• Strong commercial judgement, financial acumen and understanding of corporate governance.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with residents, government agencies, consultants and service providers.
