About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Hotel Stevens Ltd in the Volta Region of Ghana. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily hotel operations, including front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Supervise and develop staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase occupancy rates.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum HND or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational management abilities.
