About the role

Newmont’s Graduate Development Program is a two‑year rotational scheme designed for fresh graduates to start their careers in mining and engineering. Participants rotate through different teams within their discipline, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake job rotations across key areas of the business within your engineering discipline.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a BSc in Mining Engineering, Mine Geology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong academic background and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
