Head of Cyber Programs & Delivery – Relocation to West Africa

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head large‑scale cyber programs and delivery for a technology integration and smart infrastructure firm. The role involves managing end‑to‑end, mission‑critical cybersecurity projects for national utilities, government entities, and large enterprises, with a full relocation to West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of complex cyber programs from contract signing to final customer sign‑off.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead high‑level client and stakeholder communication with executives, government authorities, and enterprise customers.
• Translate client requirements into detailed work plans, identify risks and dependencies, and prioritize effort for high‑quality execution.
• Mentor and manage internal project managers, technical leads, and coordinate with system integrators and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects/programs.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, architectures, and deployment models in IT (and preferably OT) environments.
• Proven track record in customer‑facing roles with executive stakeholders, especially in regulated or government settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate to West Africa.
