Hospitality & Reintegration Specialist – National Service

About the role

The Hospitality & Reintegration Specialist supports African diaspora members who are visiting, relocating, or reintegrating into Ghana. Working on‑site in East Legon–Adjiringanor, the role combines customer service, hospitality assistance, and cultural orientation to ensure a smooth transition for returnees.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their relocation and reintegration needs.
• Assist with housing, transitional accommodation, and settlement arrangements.
• Conduct cultural orientation sessions and basic local language lessons.
• Accompany clients on tours to familiarize them with Ghanaian environments.
• Plan and coordinate community events, cultural immersion activities, networking programs, and educational workshops.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism services.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology.
• Interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting others.
• Knowledge of the tourism industry and cultural awareness.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or a related field.
