About the role
The HR & Administration Officer will support all human resources and office administration functions for NexusSpidex Express Ghana Ltd, ensuring accurate records, effective recruitment, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee personnel files, HR databases, and attendance records.
- Assist with recruitment, from posting ads and shortlisting CVs to coordinating interviews and preparing contracts.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries, disciplinary processes, and performance management documentation.
- Perform general office administration, manage filing systems, and coordinate internal communications.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12; HR, Business Administration or related qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or administration, preferably in logistics or transport.
- Good written and verbal communication, organisational and record‑keeping skills.
