HR Product Manager – Remote

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Product Manager to own the growth and subscription performance of Baggins HR in Ghana. This individual contributor role works remotely and is responsible for acquiring and retaining paying customers for the HR SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire organisations needing HR management and workforce automation solutions.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies, including outreach through professional HR networks and strategic partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and payroll capabilities to prospects.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers and maintain relationships to encourage renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Track verified subscription revenue, acquisition, retention and market performance, providing accurate records of all commercial activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrable professional experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, payroll administration or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes and workforce challenges.
• Proven ability to independently develop and manage a commercial pipeline without a supporting sales team.
• High standards of professionalism, accountability and commercial discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS subscription models and business development in the HR technology space.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with HR directors, recruitment managers and business owners.

• Fixed monthly salary of USD 700 plus a USD 100 facilitation allowance (total USD 800) after permanent confirmation.
