HR Business Partner – Topline & Support Functions

About the role

We are looking for an agile and strategic HR Business Partner to support our Topline & Support Functions in Accra. You will drive the implementation of HR strategies, ensure compliance with local regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior managers to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs for the assigned functions.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are locally compliant and aligned with corporate standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on people management and employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and present insights to influence strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role within a multinational matrix organization.
• Strong people‑management and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High integrity, diplomacy and perseverance in achieving results.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in HRIS software.
