Human Resource Generalist (Outsourcing)

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to lead outsourced HR services for a portfolio of clients in Accra and Tema. You will act as the primary HR advisor, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for client portfolios, delivering high‑end HR advisory services.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle for client‑assigned staff, including onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Oversee outsourced HR services, ensuring SLA compliance and client retention.
• Prepare monthly payrolls and maintain staff databases using HRIS tools.
• Handle employee‑relations issues between clients and outsourced staff with diplomacy.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements to guarantee value delivery.
• Stay current with HR trends, labour laws and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing or consultancy role.
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing models and SLA management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR compliance standards.
