Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Human Resources Business Partner to support key business functions and drive the people agenda in line with our organisational strategy. The role blends strategic insight with hands‑on HR execution, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver impactful people solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, providing workforce planning, organisational design and change support.
• Lead recruitment activities, manage workforce approvals, structure offers and support onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and development discussions.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid‑year and annual reviews, and support managers in development conversations.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and promote capability building.
• Provide guidance on compensation structures, employment packages and employee‑experience programmes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain a strong employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR solutions.
• Strong partnership skills, able to work closely with senior leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and compliance.
• Ability to manage change, drive performance culture and support organisational transformation.
