Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing salt production business. The role combines strategic and operational HR functions, supporting production teams, supervisors and management in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce plans aligned with production and business requirements.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for operational, technical, supervisory and support positions.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts.
• Drive performance management and ensure clear KPIs across the workforce.
• Develop and coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Support management on labour relations, employment matters and compliance with Ghanaian labour laws.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, absenteeism, turnover and workforce productivity.
• Provide HR reports, workforce analytics and practical recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, construction, oil & gas, FMCG, agribusiness or other industrial/production environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour management and Ghanaian employment practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
