Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR activities for the newly opening Amber Hotel Accra Airport, ensuring the recruitment, onboarding and development of a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified hotel staff across all functions.
• Manage onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance with local labour regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration and HR reporting.
• Collaborate with senior hotel leadership to align workforce planning with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel HR management, preferably with international exposure.
• Current employment in a hotel environment and a track record of successful talent acquisition.
• Relevant HR qualifications and a passion for hospitality.
