About the role
The company seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee life‑cycle from hiring to exit, including performance management and budgeting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the complete employee life‑cycle process.
- Manage performance management and related budgeting.
- Provide operational HR support for a workforce of 40+ employees.
Required profile
- Completed HR qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist/Operational experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Ghanaian labour statutes and experience working with both local and expatriate staff.
