Indoor Sales Officer – Spintex, Teshie, Nungua

About the role

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Officer to join our team at a leading distributor of wood‑based materials and furniture fittings on Spintex Road. The successful candidate will actively prospect, engage and sell to both existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and orders are secured.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, presenting product ranges with compelling arguments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sales outlets, securing orders and achieving sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and invoices in line with customer orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Report market feedback, competitor activity and new product opportunities to management.
• Continuously improve sales processes based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in wood products or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using inventory databases and sales‑fulfilment software.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
