About the role
The Life Insurance Agent will work on‑site in Tema, identifying prospective clients and recommending suitable life insurance coverage based on individual needs and financial situations.
Key responsibilities
- Meet clients, conduct needs assessments and prepare quotations.
- Process applications, follow up on renewals and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with the brokerage team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while contributing to sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong insurance sales and brokerage experience, especially with life insurance policies.
- Solid finance and insurance knowledge to analyze client needs.
- Excellent customer service, active listening and clear communication.
- Professional, ethical approach with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, insurance or related field is beneficial.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic office tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
