Integrated Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Integrated Marketing Specialist to boost business growth for our client in the construction and real‑estate sector. The role focuses on designing and executing strategic, multi‑channel campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support brand positioning.
• Manage social media accounts, website content, SEO, SEM, and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, print advertising, and other offline activities.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze KPIs, and optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, and media partners to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in construction, real‑estate or related industries.
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRMs and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM techniques.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage social media platforms and digital campaign tools.
