Internal Account Manager

About the role

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Internal Account Manager to provide high‑quality operational and partner support within its cybersecurity distribution business. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth handling of inquiries, quotations, orders, and post‑order activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational contact for assigned channel partners, delivering professional and timely communication.
• Respond to partner inquiries within a two‑hour SLA, maintaining service‑excellence standards.
• Prepare, validate, and issue accurate pricing quotations in line with approved commercial frameworks.
• Manage order placement, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including opportunities, activities, and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vendor products and processes.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail for quotations, orders, and system records.
