Internal Audit Manager – Lead Audit & Anti‑Fraud

About the role

The company seeks a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Audit Manager to head the Audit & Anti‑Fraud Department. You will be responsible for overseeing internal audit operations, developing risk‑based audit strategies, and ensuring governance, risk management and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive internal audit and anti‑fraud strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the audit team in conducting operational, financial and compliance audits across all departments.
• Coordinate fraud risk assessments, investigations and whistle‑blower case management.
• Prepare and present audit reports with findings, risks and actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement controls to mitigate fraud and process inefficiencies.
• Mentor and supervise audit staff, ensuring professional growth and adherence to audit standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in internal audit, fraud management or financial control, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CFE or ACCA preferred.
• Proven ability to develop audit frameworks and anti‑fraud programmes.
