Investment Analyst – Manufacturing & Services

About the role

The Investment Analyst will join the Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services (MAS) sector team at the International Finance Corporation. Working closely with Investment Officers, you will support the origination, structuring, negotiation and monitoring of private‑sector projects in consumer services and manufacturing across emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the MAS sector.
• Assist Investment Officers in transaction execution, including financial modeling and due‑diligence.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Support upstream market‑creation activities with governments and World Bank partners.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in private‑sector development.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with teams in Lagos or Accra.
