Junior Service Monitoring Analyst (24/7 Operations)

About the role

The Junior Service Monitoring Analyst provides first‑line, 24/7 monitoring of MIDAS/FinTech service dashboards, alerts, system events and transaction indicators. Working from runbooks, the analyst acknowledges alerts, gathers evidence, creates tickets, updates incident records and escalates to senior analysts or support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor service dashboards, system events, alerts and transaction indicators during assigned shifts.
• Acknowledge alerts, collect basic evidence and create incident tickets following runbooks.
• Update incident records, notify senior analysts and support teams as required.
• Support shift handover, daily monitoring checks and status reporting.
• Contribute feedback on recurring alerts, unclear runbooks and operational observations to improve monitoring practices.
• Build knowledge of MIDAS service monitoring, production support and incident response standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Learning agility and basic technical understanding of monitoring tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift‑based environment.
