Junior Video Editor (5-10 hrs/week) – Mentorship & AI Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Video Editor to support the production of high‑quality educational videos. This part‑time position (5‑10 hours per week) offers direct mentorship and the chance to work on AI‑enhanced creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Edit approximately two instructional videos per week, ensuring clear visual storytelling.
• Integrate basic motion‑graphics elements such as text call‑outs, transitions, and overlays to simplify complex concepts.
• Collaborate on workflow optimisation, testing specialised tools and experimental AI‑driven projects.

Required profile

• Own a laptop capable of handling video production tasks.
• Demonstrated understanding of timeline editing, pacing, and story structure.
• Availability to commit 5–10 hours weekly on a flexible schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
