Key Account Manager

About the role

Ownkey, Ghana's real estate marketplace, is hiring a Key Account Manager for a contract position based in Accra. The role is hybrid, combining time in the office with the option to work from home. You will manage and grow relationships with key property owners, developers and real estate partners so that their listings are well showcased and performance expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee account portfolios and analyze listing performance data
• Develop tailored business plans for key accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve property visibility and conversion
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly and provide excellent customer service
• Identify new opportunities to expand Ownkey's property offerings
• Provide regular reporting, gather market feedback and collaborate on strategic initiatives

Required profile

• Strong account management and key accounts skills to build and grow strategic client relationships
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data and track performance metrics
• Business planning skills to set account targets and align partner goals with Ownkey's objectives
• Excellent customer service skills
• Relevant experience in real estate, marketplace platforms or B2B client management is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
