Mobile Sales Executive - Microfinance

About the role

A microfinance company based in Dominase, Central Region, Ghana, is looking for a Mobile Sales Executive. It is especially interested in candidates living in Kasoa, Akoti, Liberia Camp and surrounding communities who are passionate about sales, customer service and financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Promote mobile banking services and loan products to current and prospective customers.
• Identify and recruit new customers within assigned communities.
• Assist customers with loan applications, documentation and follow-ups.
• Support loan disbursement in line with company policies and procedures.
• Explain financial products and give appropriate financial guidance, recommending suitable solutions to customers' needs.
• Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on loan repayments where required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum WASSCE/SSSCE certificate; a diploma in any discipline is an added advantage.
• Resides in or near Kasoa, Akoti, Liberia Camp, Dominase or nearby communities.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, understand and assess customer requirements and give appropriate financial advice.
• Honest, hardworking, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within assigned communities to serve customers.
• Previous experience in sales, mobile banking, microfinance or loan recovery is an advantage.
